farming

The back office for farming and agriculture.

You have enough on without the office eating into your day. Sprigr keeps the spray diary and livestock records current, drafts supplier orders and buyer updates for you to send, watches the forecast, and files the compliance paperwork, so you can get back to the paddock.

what it runs

What Sprigr runs around the farm

The jobs that eat your time in the office, handled in the background.

  • Seasonal schedules kept

Sowing dates, harvest windows, and rotation plans tracked against your calendar. Seasonal tasks get flagged before the deadline, so you are not scrambling when everything lands at once.

  • Supplier orders & chasers

Seed, fert, feed, and chem orders drafted at the right point in the season for you to send. Confirmations chased, ETAs tracked, and delays flagged so inputs arrive before the window shuts.

  • Compliance & record keeping

Spray diary entries, livestock movement records, NVD forms, and biosecurity logs kept current from the notes and emails you already produce. APVMA and NLIS paperwork is ready before the audit, not the night before.

  • Weather-informed scheduling

Spray windows, harvest timing, and paddock work checked against BOM forecasts. Sprigr watches the forecast and flags when plans need to shift, before the window shuts on you.

  • Livestock paperwork

Drenching schedules, treatment intervals, movement records, and NLIS updates tracked. Vet visits and withholding periods flagged before you try to move or sell anything. Records ready if anyone comes asking.

  • Buyer updates drafted for you

Market updates, delivery schedules, and invoice follow-ups drafted from your records and dropped in your inbox to review and send. Sprigr does not message buyers on its own; it builds the draft so you can.

the scope

The admin layer your farm software doesn't handle

Where the week actually goes, and what Sprigr takes on.

  • 12-15

hours a week of admin in scope

The admin a typical farm hands to Sprigr each week: spray diary entries, supplier emails, livestock records, and compliance paperwork. An estimate of the hours in scope, not a measured result.

  • Every

    record filed as it happens

Spray applications, treatments, movements, and deliveries logged the day they occur and filed to the right paddock, mob, or supplier record. Audit-ready by default.

  • 60 days

    before renewal, automatic flag

Chemical handler accreditations, property registrations, insurance certificates, and assurance scheme cycles flagged 60 days before expiry. You decide what to do next.

how it starts

Up and running in under an hour

Connect your email and calendar. Describe the admin you want handled. Sprigr runs it.

  1. 01

Connect Google Workspace and farm software

Link your email, calendar, and spreadsheets through Google Workspace. Where your farm management software has webhooks or an API, Sprigr can receive its events and read from it, with your approval for each new domain. Credentials are encrypted at rest and only decrypted in your isolated environment at runtime.

  2. 02

Describe the back office in plain English

"Log every chemical application to the spray diary. Draft fertiliser orders six weeks before planting and put them in my inbox. Flag any NLIS movement that has not been recorded within two days. Alert me when BOM forecasts frost."

  3. 03

Sprigr runs the admin in the background

Sprigr keeps the diary, drafts the orders, files the records, and flags what needs your attention. You focus on the paddock; the office runs itself.

Works with the tools you already use: Google Workspace for email, calendar, and spreadsheets, webhooks and the HTTP tool for farm management software that offers them, and WhatsApp as a channel for talking to your own Sprigr agent from the ute.

questions

Questions

How does Sprigr help farming businesses?

Sprigr runs the back office around your farm: seasonal schedules, spray diary and chemical records, livestock movement paperwork, supplier orders drafted and chased, weather-based plan flags, and buyer updates drafted for you to send. It is the pile that stacks up on the kitchen table.

Does Sprigr talk to buyers or customers?

Yes, where you allow it. Buyer and customer comms, the calls, emails, and negotiations can run through Sprigr as well: it drafts each message from your records, the message waits behind an approval gate until someone on your team taps send, and routine ones can run on a standing approval once you trust them.

Can Sprigr handle compliance and record keeping?

Yes. Spray diary entries, NVDs, livestock movement records for NLIS, and biosecurity logs are kept current from the notes, photos, and emails you already produce. When the auditor turns up or you need to move stock, the paperwork is already done.

Does this work with farm management software?

There is no native farm management app yet. If your software has webhooks or an API (AgriWebb, Figured, Agworld, and similar), Sprigr can receive its events and call its API through the HTTP tool, with your approval for each new domain. Google Workspace covers email, calendar, and spreadsheet workflows out of the box.

How does weather-informed scheduling work?

Sprigr checks BOM forecasts against what you have planned: spraying, harvest, paddock work, stock handling. When conditions change, you get a flag and a suggested adjustment before the window shuts. It does not replace your judgement; it gives you better information to act on.

How long does setup take?

Under an hour. Connect your email and calendar through Google Workspace, describe the admin you want handled in plain English, and Sprigr scaffolds the workflow. No coding, no IT team required.

I'm in the paddock all day with patchy reception. Cloud tools don't work out here.

Sprigr works asynchronously. It processes emails, orders, and compliance tasks when you have connectivity. It does not need you to be online all day; the admin is done when you get back to the office.
