Integrations connect Sprigr Team to the tools your organisation already uses: email, file storage, job management, accounting, customer support, e-commerce, cloud infrastructure, and more. Once connected, your agents can read data from and take actions in those external systems as part of their conversations and workflows.
Built-in integrations are connected from the Integrations page in the sidebar. Today these are AWS, GCP, Archibus, HTTP request, web scraper, Sprigr Search, and external MCP servers; web browsing and the code sandbox are provided automatically.
Marketplace apps are installed from the Apps page and add their own tools. Most integrations now ship this way, including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Gorgias, GitHub, simPRO, ServiceM8, Shopify, Xero, Slack, and Atlassian. Many apps use per-user connections: the app is installed once for the company, then each person links their own account and agents act as the user they are bound to. See Installing Apps.
The older built-in Gmail, Google Calendar, Sheets, Docs, Drive, Outlook Mail, Outlook Calendar, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Gorgias, and GitHub integrations are retired for new connections. Existing rows keep working until the replacing app is connected.
Connect: An admin connects a built-in integration or installs an app. Depending on the integration, authorisation is by OAuth, an API key, or a service account. Per-user apps then need each person to link their own account.
Scope: A connection is either company-wide or limited to specific agents.
Use: Agents discover their available integrations and use them when relevant. For example, an agent with Gorgias can look up a ticket when a team member asks about it without being told how.
All credentials are encrypted and stored within your organisation’s workspace. Sprigr Team never shares credentials across organisations.
The Integrations page in the sidebar shows built-in connections in three sections:
My integrations: Personal tools connected to your own companion agent. Anyone with a companion agent can add and manage these.
Agent integrations: Tools scoped to specific agents, grouped by agent. You can manage the groups for agents you can see.
Company-wide: Tools available to every agent in the company. Managed by owners and admins.
Each card shows the service, its connection status, and which agents have access. Click a card to update credentials, test the connection, or change its scope.
Entries marked App are installed from Apps. Everything else is connected from the Integrations page.

These apps are installed from Apps. Each app’s page in the marketplace lists its tools and settings.
Xero (App): Accounting: contacts, invoices, quotes, payments, bills, bank transactions, reports, projects, payroll, and the full Xero API surface, with webhooks and background sync into searchable indexes. Per-user connections; each person sees only the Xero organisations their login permits, and multiple organisations are supported.
Slack (App): A company workspace bot (send messages, read channels and threads, react, search) shared across your agents, plus a private per-user connection for your own messages and DMs. Agents can also run as a Slack channel.
ServiceM8 (App): Jobs, clients, scheduling, quotes, invoices, materials, staff, job notes and photos, forms and checklists, with job messages synced into the Sprigr inbox and near-instant invoice notifications.
Starshipit (App): Print labels, buy rates, create and update orders, manifest carriers, and track parcels; billable and destructive actions such as buying labels require confirmation.
Klaviyo (App): Email and SMS marketing: profiles and segments, campaign performance, list membership and consent, custom events.
Cin7 Core (App): Cin7 Core (DEAR Inventory): products, stock, sales, purchases, production, financials, and CRM as named actions.
Procore (App): Project management, RFIs, submittals, drawings, change orders, daily logs, observations, punch items, budgets, commitments, and direct costs.
Google Ads (App): GAQL reporting across every resource and metric, plus create, update, and remove for campaigns, ad groups, ads, criteria, assets, audiences, bidding, and conversions.
Google Analytics (App): GA4 reports and pivots, realtime reports, and the dimension and metric catalogue.
Google Search Console (App): Search analytics (clicks, impressions, CTR, position) across every dimension, URL inspection, and sitemaps.
Microsoft Clarity (App): Website behaviour analytics: traffic, engagement time, scroll depth, dead, rage, and error clicks, popular pages, and breakdowns by device, browser, country, source, or URL.
Motion (App): Turn a still image into a short video clip (pan, push-in, tilt) with low-res drafts and a final high-quality render.
Real Estate (AU) (App): Australian property listings from Domain, realestate.com.au, realty.com.au, and the QLD Public Trustee, scraped into Sprigr indexes.
Instabot (App): A tenant-isolated Instagram engagement bot running on a dedicated emulator; connect your Instagram account once.
Email (IMAP/POP) (App): Connect any IMAP or POP3 mailbox (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, iCloud, Fastmail, or a custom server) to the Sprigr inbox; polls every 2 minutes.
Sprigr Analytics (App): Read-only SQL over your conformed analytical store, scoped to the role of the person asking.
Asana (App): Find and change work across workspaces, projects, sections and tasks: create, update, complete, move, comment, attach, plus portfolios, goals and time tracking, with a search mirror, webhooks and events.
Meta Ads (App): Facebook and Instagram advertising: campaigns, ad sets, ads and creatives, audiences, automated rules, targeting search and delivery estimates, and Insights reporting.
SprigrBooks (App): Small-business accounting inside your Sprigr workspace: invoices, bills, quotes, payments, contacts, chart of accounts, GST, bank reconciliation and financial reports.
Archibus: Facilities and CMMS data from an Archibus instance.
Web browsing: Search the web and read pages. Available to agents without any setup.
Web scraper: Log in to legacy web applications with cookie persistence, build replayable recipes, download files, and import results.
HTTP request: Call any REST API with an API key or bearer token. Outbound domains are allow-listed, and the agent can request access to a new domain.
Sprigr Search: Connect a personal Sprigr Search account for indexes outside the company knowledge base.
MCP server: Connect any external Model Context Protocol server by its Streamable HTTP URL, with an optional bearer token or API key. Every tool the server exposes becomes available to your agents. This is the reverse of the MCP section, which is about external clients talking to Sprigr Team.
Sign in to the external service in the window that appears
Grant permissions: review what Sprigr Team is requesting and click “Allow” or “Authorise”
Return to Sprigr Team: the window closes and the card shows as connected
Per-user apps work the same way, except the sign-in link comes from the app’s settings page or from your agent, and each person completes it for their own account. Sprigr Team stores tokens securely and refreshes them automatically, so you do not need to re-authenticate unless access is revoked at the provider. If a provider adds new scopes, the Integrations page shows a banner asking you to reconnect.
